1. Acceptance and scope of these terms

6. Wagers, odds, and game results
A wager is accepted only when it is confirmed and recorded by the New Slot system. Adding a selection to a bet slip, starting a payment, or seeing an estimated return does not by itself prove acceptance. Once accepted, a wager normally cannot be changed or cancelled at the player’s request. For casino-style games, the result recorded by the certified game system is final unless a verified technical fault occurred. For sports markets, abandoned events, postponed events, changed venues, ties, and result corrections are handled according to the market rules shown when the bet is placed.
7. Bonuses and promotional offers
New Slot promotions may include eligibility rules, minimum deposits, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum stakes, expiry periods, withdrawal limits, or other restrictions. Always read the offer details before opting in. A promotion is optional unless clearly stated otherwise.

9. Fair play and prohibited conduct

11. Suspension and account closure
You may ask to close your New Slot account, subject to any unsettled wagers, verification needs, or lawful retention requirements. Closing an account does not cancel obligations or investigations that arose before closure. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately from ordinary account closure.
New Slot may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, inaccurate registration details, security concerns, prohibited conduct, payment disputes, legal requirements, or extended inactivity. Where appropriate, the player may be asked to explain activity before a final decision is made.
Unsettled wagers may remain valid, be cancelled, or be settled according to the relevant rules and circumstances. New Slot will determine the treatment of legitimate remaining balances after applicable deductions, reviews, and verification have been completed.
12. Errors, interruptions, and availability

An obvious pricing, odds, payout, display, or settlement error does not create a right to an unintended benefit. New Slot may correct the record, recalculate a return using the proper information, or void an affected transaction where correction is not reasonably possible.
If a session disconnects, the result recorded by the game or wagering system generally remains valid. Players should not place another wager merely because a confirmation screen was delayed. Check the New Slot account history first to avoid accidental duplicate activity.
13. Liability, records, and complaints
You are responsible for decisions made through your account and for ensuring that your device, browser, connection, and payment details are suitable. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
